Wat is het verschil tussen een MS en een UC versie?

Technisch zijn deze producten hetzelfde, de producten werken beiden goed samen met verschillende Unified Communications systemen als Cisco UC, Skype for Business, Microsoft Lync en Avaya IP.

Waarom hebben ze dan toch een andere naam gekregen?

Microsoft wil u, als gebruiker, op voorhand verzekeren dat de headset samenwerkt met de Microsoft software. Daarom is er een extra lijn van Jabra producten gecertificeerd door Microsoft, de MS (Skype for Business) producten.

Desalniettemin werken de UC (unified communications) producten even goed samen met Microsoft.
